During the july 9, 2019 partner webcast, sharpspring announced a number of new sales-focused services, including the sales dialer. Currently focused on the us, but it is expected that sharpspring will also make the sales dialer available internationally. What can you expect?
Wat Is De Sharpspring Sales Dialer
The sales dialer is part of a series of new features that sharpspring is adding to improve the alignment between marketing and sales, creating a more streamlined experience for the lead.
This new addition makes it Mauritania Email List possible to call any telephone number within the sharpspring environment by clicking on the number. The telephone call is set up and can be conducted via a headset.
Call recording and transcription
All telephone conversations can be recorded. The conversations that have taken place can then be listened to via the contact card and are also displayed in ‘the life of the lead’ within sharpspring. This step is an important contribution to creating a 360 o -view in which we want to register all customer contacts within a system in order to obtain an optimal picture.
A searchable transcript is automatically created for each conversation (available only for the english language initially). A search will then immediately take you to the correct part of the telephone conversation and give you the opportunity to listen to the conversation from here.
Finally A Report Is Available That Includes Per Representative The Number Of Conversations Conducted

Sharpspring sales dailer is expected in q2 of 2019. As mentioned, this service is initially focused on the us. However, sharpspring promises to make the service and transcription available for other languages in due course.
