Setting tasks and monitoring execution

Which of your functions should you delegate to the manager?
I delegated all management functions to my deputy:

work with personnel,
solving various work issues,
department management,
participation in exhibitions, conferences,

Trips to meet clients

The deputy is also responsible for the climate in the team, a healthy and productive atmosphere, corporate communication, team-building activities and staff training.

In addition, the manager’s functions include working to ensure that the company does not stand still and that as many potential clients as possible learn about it. To do this, the manager holds meetings with the advertising and PR engineer database department, participates in developing a strategy for promoting the company on the market, monitors the quality of customer service, and establishes contacts with new suppliers and manufacturers. And of course, the deputy carries out a lot of analytical work, collects reports from department heads and creates his own tables in order to promptly adjust the actions of employees or entire monitoring execution departments. Analyzes data and reports on the company’s performance to the business owner.

What functions should I keep for myself as the owner?

When I got a monitoring execution deputy, a huge amount of time was freed up for new, important tasks. Free time gave me strength, inspiration, resources and a huge amount of energy. There was more time for developing the business with the help of a personal brand – my face.

Now I participate monitoring execution in various conferences, exhibitions and business meetings much more often than before, and I often act as a speaker. This helps me convey my experience and knowledge to those who adb directory may find it useful. And most importantly, it develops the business, increases its recognition and the degree a good user experience (ux) of its expertise in the eyes of people.

I retained the responsibility for negotiations with the company’s key partners and clients in order to maintain warm relations with them and be in touch at the right time.
